I am currently in full time private practice at the Ahmed Al-Kadi Private Hospital in Durban and hold a part time senior specialist post at the hip and knee unit of Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital. Inkosi Albert Luthuli Central Hospital serves as a referral centre for the most complex and challenging cases throughout KZN and surrounding provinces.
Dr Manjra matriculated at Westville Boys High School in Durban, earning his full Academic Colours then departed to Johannesburg to earn his medical degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2009. Dr Manjra then went on to complete his orthopaedic specialist training and Masters Degree at the Steve Biko Academic Hospital (University of Pretoria) in 2018.
During his training Dr Manjra has participated in several research studies related to orthopaedic trauma and joint replacement surgery and has received numerous awards both locally and internationally. He has published papers in both local and international peer reviewed journals in the fields of orthopaedic trauma and joint replacement surgery.
When he is not working, Dr Manjra maximises time with his family and can commonly be found on the weekend onboard a bike or board on the Durban beachfront or a mountain bike trail.
